We offer eBooks in either two or three different formats: the story books, history books and poetry books are offered in EPUB download and MOBI download; while all picture books are offered in three formats – EPUB download, Flipbook, and MOBI download. Our EPUB must be read on an EPUB Reader such as Calibre, BookViser, Freda, Kobo, or Adobe Digital Editions. Our Flipbook requires no software other than an internet browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, or Opera. And our MOBI is for those who wish to read on their Kindle.

Note that the displayed cost is for one format out of the two or three available formats; so before completing your eBook transaction, please take care to ensure that you are purchasing the desired format of the title. For example, if the displayed cost is US$8.00 that means US$8.00 is the cost for only one format. So if you want the EPUB format alone; or the MOBI format alone; or the Flipbook format alone, the cost is US$8.00. If you want to purchase two formats, then the cost is US$8.00 x 2 = US$16.00. And if you want to purchase all three formats, then the cost is US$8.00 x 3 = US$24.00.

The format that you should choose depends on your Operating System, as well as if you would like to read your eBook on your PC or on a hand held device. Please note that all our eBooks are available in more than one format. Most of our eBooks are available in EPUB format which is for users who wish to read on eReaders. They are also available in MOBI format for users who wish to read on a Kindle device. Some of our eBooks, such as our children’s picture books, are available to be read online with software that is already embedded in most internet browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, or Opera. Please therefore choose the format (EPUB, Flipbook or MOBI) that’s best for your reading pleasure.

In most cases, the answer is yes. This depends on which operating system your hand held device is running however, as different eBook formats are compatible with different operating systems. Yes, once you have purchased the eBook it is yours. After purchase you will be automatically provided with a download of the title in the specific format that you ordered.

Yes, you can import or download all previously purchased books onto your Apple device if the format that you downloaded was the EPUB format.

Yes, you just need to sync with your bookshelf and download the eBook the first time. Once the eBook is downloaded onto your device, you can read it offline at anytime and anywhere!

You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. A few card types, for example procurement and private label credit cards, such as a department store credit cards, or debit cards that require a numeric password and pin-pad for entry won’t be compatible.
